The Rock Reamer with replaceable cutter was developed for larger diameter HDD projects where extended life downhole is critical. The larger bearings and cutters dramatically extend the downhole life over smaller, conventional-style cutters.
The replaceable cutter sets are available in both TCI and Milled Tooth styles to fit for all sorts of rock formation. All bit's bodies have three-six cutters and can open four different hole sizes.
All cutters bearing is metal sealed. Cutter lock is used for preventing cutter falling off.
